★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ 25 YEARS+ TO RENT ★ Due to insurance liability we cannot lease to anyone under 25 years old. There must be someone at least 25 years old present in order to rent our home. ★ TRASH PICKUP ★ Trash Pickup is on Thursday mornings so we ask you to please roll the trash cans out to the curb on Wednesday nights (with wheels facing the house, and lip facing the street). Then please bring it back up to the side of the home or parking area after pick up. ★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ In an effort to maintain secure premises, the house is equipped with two exterior cameras, on the front of the home and the side facing the street/volleyball area.
