Rob’s property was perfect for our annual guy’s trip. The house was perfect for our needs with large common areas, spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful outdoor space. Location was ideal with restaurants, casinos, firing range, and hiking paths near by. Would definitely rent again with our families in the future. 5 stars.

Rob’s place was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very spacious and well laid out! It was easy to get in and out with the door code. All items we needed were in the unit. Rob was great at communicating! 10/10 we would stay there again!

Thanks for hosting us in your beautiful home! This home is well maintained & very clean all over. Had everything we needed and then some. All the rooms are spacious & look exactly like the photos. Tv easy to work with all the streaming even tho we did not watch much tv. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. The front deck was the spot we spent most of our time on when we were not out running around Ocean City. The home is within walking distance to the bay and the pool. We loved that the property is off the main drag with a red light to get out onto Hwy 1 easily & the property is in pretty much in the middle of going to anywhere you want. A short drive to the boardwalk or up to Rehoboth Beach for shopping. The neighborhood is so quiet and very well kept all the surrounding homes are kept very nice. It was great having beach chairs to use and the outdoor shower. This home is A+ and would rent it again without hesitation. The best bang for your buck!

What a beautiful place to stay! 13 of us stayed at Rob’s place this past weekend and we were all very impressed with the space. It is very spacious and had lots of amenities to help
the group be comfortable. The deck and the backyard is absolutely gorgeous! The host was responsive and addressed any small issues that came up during our stay. Overall very happy with our stay!

We booked this for a family vacation and could not have been more satisfied. The house was absolutely stunning. The neighborhood was so nice and peaceful. The cute little boardwalk there was one street walk/bike ride away. Neighbors were very friendly. The house had everything we needed for the kids. Lovely stay and we hope to come back again!

This Airbnb is quite huge and has a nice linear layout where the bedrooms open up to the large patio. It is clean and spacious, with lots of parking spaces and bathrooms. would highly recommend

The home was clean and nicely updated with a really good layout. Great amenities for families such as high chair, pack n play, 4 bedrooms (3 down, 1 up) and kids dishware. All beds and furniture were comfortable and in very good shape. Our family had a great stay and strongly preferred this over an old beat up condo on the beach, as it was easy to get to any part of ocean city from here.

We've stayed in many vacation rentals in the area, and this one was particularly awesome, the best we've stayed at in region. The modern design and decor of the space felt elevated compared to the competition. The home and the surrounding property was very spacious, plenty of room to spread out, lounge, and hang out with our group. The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped for a big group dinner too. Thank you!

This place was wonderful - we had 10 adults and 7 kids, and the space was perfect for what we needed. There was ample room for the kids to run around and the yard was so spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Rob was super communicative and very friendly, we would absolutely return!
