We did a group ski trip and the house was perfect and fit all 9 of us perfectly. We all had our own bathroom really and plenty of space! The kitchen was perfect for our chef. Loved the décor and the set up. Overall great experience and beautiful Airbnb, my guests loved it!

Rob was very nice and professional. He contacted me and gave me a rundown on the home and checked on me once a day asking if we needed anything.
The home was very nice. It was new and clean. No clutter. Clean lines and lots of natural light coming in. The vaulted ceiling in the main living area really opened up the space.
The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were clean and modern.
It felt like the mattress were them-pedic and not saggy spring beds which were.
The area was nice and quiet with 2 parking spots and street parking.
Lots of room for kids to run around inside if you have lotta kids.
If we make it back next year for the hockey tournament we will see if Rob’s place is available.

We stayed at Rob’s place with our family and had a great time! The house is updated, spacious and very clean! Rob was super helpful throughout it our stay too. We look forward to staying there again soon!

We have been coming to the Poconos often throughout the year for skiing and trips to Camelback Waterpark, staying in a mix of Airbnbs and hotels. This stay was easily the best experience we have had so far. We finally found an amazing property that truly stands out.
The house is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. We originally booked during a snowstorm, and the host was incredibly proactive. He reached out right away to let us know there was a small issue at the house that might affect the stay. Instead of canceling, he personally went over immediately, fixed everything, and made sure the home was spotless and fully ready for our arrival.
During our stay, one of the rooms became a bit chilly due to the extreme cold outside. We contacted the host, and he had heaters delivered to us first thing that same morning. The responsiveness and care were truly impressive.

We had a great time on our family trip to the Poconos! The place was just like the pictures, clean, cozy and very well kept. We really appreciated that it was kid friendly, our littles enjoyed the loft and game room. Rob was very friendly and responsive with any questions. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very easy. Rob was responsive and the place was great. Two different hangout spaces. Well stocked kitchen. Nice TV setup with netflix ready to go. Board games and arcade games were a hit. My picky bunch was satisfied!

Our family (ages 6 to 80) spent Thanksgiving at Rob’s house, and it was the perfect place for our holiday gathering. The layout made it easy for us to spend time together comfortably while still allowing space when needed. The home was exceptionally well stocked—with extra sheets, blankets, kitchen tools, games, and more. Despite the holiday, Rob was quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d be delighted to return in the future.

We had a a wonderful quiet stay at Henryville. The house was clean, spacious and equipped with all you need, leaving you wanting for nothing. Everything about the home and property was well planned and throughout keeping the guests at the forethought. Communication with our host was always accesible, helpful and incredibly clear. We had an awesome stay at Rob’s place in the Poconos! The home is beautifully designed and truly perfect for a large group with infants. Every space felt thoughtfully laid out with spacious common areas to the well-appointed bedrooms so everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The large windows and sunlight made a fall Poconos getaway very enjoyable!
The open kitchen concept with large dining area and lounge made cooking for a group and spending time together easy. We loved just hanging out playing games. The living spaces were cozy yet modern, and the amenities and outdoor spaces kept our group occupied the entire stay.
Rob was a great host - responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to making the experience seamless. Check-in was smooth, the house was spotless, and every detail was as described!
